Hiking opportunities are unlimited, with over 54,000 acres of rugged peaks, magnificent canyons, and beautiful beaches. There's a great slideshow about the island at http://www.nps.gov/chis/photosmultimedia/rosa-slideshow.htm. We reserved 10 spots. However, if there's enough interest, we can still reserve for more. Cost is $100 ($90 for boat transportation and $10 for campsite), and we will need this when you sign up (non-refundable after May 29 unless replacement is found). No minors under the age of 12 and minors must be accompanied by an adult. Send check to Kurt Preissler (263 South Pacific Avenue, Ventura, CA 93001).
